
APEDA Registration
APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) is a government organization that promotes the export of agricultural products from India. APEDA registration is mandatory for businesses involved in the export of scheduled products.
The following documents are generally required for APEDA registration:
- Aadhaar Card or PAN Card of the applicant
- Certificate of Incorporation or Partnership Deed or LLP Agreement
- Cancelled Cheque or Bank Certificate
- IEC (Import Export Code) Certificate
- Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) License
- Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) from Export Promotion Council
- PAN Card of the entity
- GST Registration Certificate
- Board Resolution authorizing the application and the authorized signatory
- Details of the Directors/ Partners/ Proprietor with ID and Address proof
- Details of the products to be exported
- Export order or export invoice or export contract or proforma invoice
- Details of the processing units and warehouses used for the scheduled products
- Any other documents as required by APEDA.
